How do I place an order?
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping
cart to enter your credit card information. If you would like to place
an order by phone, please call us at 210-317-3414 or 210-316-1825 anytime
between the hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. ALL
PRICES ARE REFLECTED IN US DOLLARS.
If you have questions regarding any of our products, you can email us 24
hours a day, 7 days a week, at info@heavensnewsouls.com,
but why not just give us a call?
How do I select the products that I wish to purchase? At the main
shopping page, select the product or category that you would like to
view from the navigation bar. The thumbnails are pictures of available
items along with a description of the item. Once you have put in your
cart all the items that you desire, hit the “Checkout” button.
This will take you to the secured pages where you enter all necessary
information for billing and shipment. After you enter the checkout information,
if you hit the “Submit” button, you will get a final tally
of the complete cost, including shipping, handling and tax, if applicable.
When you confirm that this is acceptable, your credit card is processed
on line. At any time you can return to the main selection area by clicking
Heaven's New Souls logo above.
RETURN POLICY
As we are sure you can appreciate, custom orders are non-refundable.
However, within fifteen (15) days of purchase we will gladly accept any
other product in its original condition that was not customized with
a name or initials for exchange or credit with Heaven's New Souls. Shipping
fees will not be reimbursed. Please contact
us if you have any questions.
 
Regular purchases will be shipped in approximately 7 to 10 business
days. All personalized custom orders will ship within 10-15 business
days. Once an order has been made for custom products, we will
contact you with the approximate date for shipping. To expedite
personalized orders, please e-mail joann@heavensnewsouls.com or amie@heavensnewsouls.com. There
is an additional charge of $10.
All orders are shipped via United States Priority Mail.

Heaven's New Souls utilizes
United Parcel Service (UPS) and the U.S. Mail for
most of its deliveries unless you request other
arrangements with us by telephone. Products are
shipped from the design studio located in San Antonio,

Washing & Care Instructions
Our poly-chenille blankets are not only beautiful, but baby-tested and
durable. It is best if our blankets are washed with cold water
with a product like Dreft, Ivory Snow or Purex Baby. Toss on
a warm cycle in the dryer. Do not mix blanket with items having
Velcro closures as the Velcro will adhere to satin binding and cause
it to pull.
The fabric used to create our bibs, burp cloths, fabric/chenille blankets,
diaper pouches, and pillow covers have been pre-washed to eliminate shrinkage. All
items are 100% cotton and/or poly-chenille. Wash these products
with like items in cold water and dry on perm press cycle.
Child safety is important to us.
